Warranty Statement

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

At CleanWater LLC, we stand behind the quality and performance of our water treatment systems. The following warranty applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions below.

2. Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid only if the system is:

• Installed by a CleanWater LLC authorized technician or in accordance with our written instructions
• Operated and maintained according to the owner’s manual and our guidelines
• Used with potable water and within specified operating parameters

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
• Acts of nature (flooding, freezing, power surges, earthquakes, etc.)
• Water conditions outside system specifications
• Normal wear and tear of consumable items (filters, UV lamps, membranes, etc.)

4. Warranty Limitations

• Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
• CleanWater LLC’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the system.
• We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Transferability: This warranty is transferable to subsequent homeowners provided the new owner registers the transfer with CleanWater LLC within 30 days and provides proof of ownership and maintenance records.

5. Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact CleanWater LLC Customer Support at support@cleanwaterllc.co and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Installation documentation
• Maintenance records (where applicable)
• Photos and description of the issue

A Return Authorization Number will be issued if needed. All warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized technician.
